Miles Telleris speaking out afterhis L.A. home was destroyedin the Palisades Fire.
In an interview withE! Newspublished on Monday, February 3, Teller — a notedGrateful Deadfan — revealed that some people have offered to send him signature tie-dye merchandise, among other acts of kindness over the last month.
“Many people have reached out, just either letting us know that they’re there emotionally or people are offering us their place,” the actor said. “I’m a Deadhead, and so I’ve had a lot of people reach out to [wifeKeleigh Teller] like, ‘I want to send Miles a Grateful Dead shirt.'”
“Little stuff just means a lot, so it’s been very heartwarming,” he added.
PEOPLE previously reported the Pacific Palisades home of theWhiplashactor, 37, had been lost in the deadly blaze on January 9. He shared the house with his wife, model and actress Keleigh, 32, whom he married in 2019. The newlyweds had only purchased their home together in 2023, according to thePalisades News.

On Thursday, Jan. 16, Keleigh posted a photo of aheartwarming note she received from a flight attendantafter the incident. The handwritten note read, “Hi, I didn’t want to intrude or make you uncomfortable during the flight - however, I would like to say that I’m so sorry for y’all’s loss. No matter who you are or what you do, what y’all went through is devastating! My prayers go out to you & your family <3 FA LeBlanc.”

The Tellers are far from the onlyfamous faces to have lost their homesto the fires, which began on Jan. 7. Thousands of structures have been affected so far in what is now the most destructive firestorm in the city’s history. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner, there have been at least 27 deaths.
Miles and Keleigh most recently stepped out at the 2025MusiCares Person of the Yearevent on Jan. 31 to honor the Grateful Dead, at which surviving members Bob Weir, Mickey Hart and Bill Kreutzmann performed alongside John Mayer and their band Dead & Company.
