Trentin Isaac, 16, disappeared on Nov. 12, theMansfield Police Departmentsaid in a statement earlier this week.
On Tuesday, Nov. 19, policeannouncedthat a body found in Harrison County, about two hours away from Mansfield, was determined to be Isaac’s.
His body was taken to the Cuyahoga County coroner’s office due to “suspicious circumstances,” police said in their statement, without specifying further details.

Police also addressed claims about social media posts and videos, allegedly in connection with Trentin’s disappearance, that have been brought to investigators’ attention.
Police said in their statement that investigators have been contacted with “numerous unverified tips and rumors concerning videos and social media posts,” but have not seen any actual evidence to that effect.

“His warmth and presence touched everyone who knew him, and his passing has left an unimaginable void in all our lives,” reads part of the fundraiser.
