Nicole Scherzingerhad a winning wardrobe to match her acclaimed Broadway debut.

The singer and actress, 46, who is currentlystarring inSunset Blvd.on Broadway, saw her show make its grand opening on Oct. 20 to astar-studded audiencethat included everyone from Brooke Shields to Jeff Bezos, but all eyes were on Scherzinger from the moment she took the stage.

And when she stepped out in not one but two dramatic dresses as well?

Magical.

In the Andrew Lloyd Webber show, Scherzinger stars as Norma Desmond, which has already earned her an Olivier Award for her turn in the role on the West End. Scherzinger is already earning rave reviews for her Broadway debut — and the actress evenearned a six-minute standing ovationon her opening night.

Ahead of the night, she toldVoguethat she prepares for the stage “like an Olympian.”

“I’m very focused and have been working really hard, as has the whole cast,” she said. “I’ve been extremely disciplined, watching and protecting my voice.”

She spends her time before shows doing warmups, but when it comes to getting into character, her method is tightly guarded.

“That’s between me and Norma.”
