On Sept. 20, the twins and former WWE stars, both 40, were spotted together shopping for pumpkins in Napa Valley, Calif. after Nikki filed for divorce from husbandArtem Chigvintsevearlier this month following the formerDancing with the Starspro’sarrest on suspicion of domestic violencein August.
Nikki was seen without her wedding ring and sported a black athleisure set with a cream duster as she pushed a grocery cart full of pumpkins. She also wore a crossbody bag and hat during the casual outing.

Nikki filed for divorce nearly two weeks after Chigvintsev, 42, was arrested ona charge of corporal injury to a spousein Napa Valley, Calif., on Thursday, Aug. 29.

A rep for theTotal Bellasstar later told PEOPLE that she filed for divorce, adding how Nikki"continues to ask for privacyfor her and her family at this time."
Chigvintsev filed his response to the divorce filing on Friday, Sept. 13, and requestedjoint legal and physical custody of their 4-year-old sonMatteoand for his estranged wife topay spousal support in addition to his attorney fees.

Chigvintsev’s response differed from Nikki’s initial petition, in which sherequested sole legal and physical custody of Matteo, with Chigvintsev being allowed visitation rights and for the court to terminate both parties' ability to receive spousal support.
His attorney, Ilona Antonyan, previously told PEOPLE, “At this time, Mr. Chigvintsev will not comment on any pending proceeding.”
“The parties are focused on co-parenting and working together for the best interests of their son,” the statement continued.
