Diane Delano, best known for her role inNorthern Lights, has died. She was 67.

Her agent, Dennis Sevier, confirmed to PEOPLE that Delano died at her home in Los Angeles on Friday, Dec. 13 after a brief illness. Her official cause of death has yet to be released.

“When Diane entered any room you knew she was there! She was full of life and loved being an actor. She will be missed,” Sevier shared of the late actress in a statement.

Delano became a household name while playing Officer Barbara Semanski onNorthern Exposure, which ran for six seasons from 1990 to 1995 on CBS.

Her other notable film and television roles includedThe Wicker Man,Popular,Days of Our Lives,St. Elsewhere,L.A. LawandPerfect Strangers.

She also lent her voice for animated shows likeTeen TitansandBatman: The Brave and the Bold.
