Cloe Workman, 20, is charged with child endangerment and domestic violence, according to Hamilton County court records. The charges were filed on Dec. 17 and Dec. 18, respectively, according to the records.

The child’s uncle claimed on aGoFundMe campaignthat the video was sent to the infant’s father, who is now seeking donations to help him hire an attorney and gain custody of the child.

According to Fox 19, Loveland, Ohio police and Child Protective Services launched an investigation after seeing the video on Dec. 16.

It’s unclear if Workman has entered a plea or retained an attorney to speak on her behalf.
