Two people were killed and one was injured in a car crash in Dallas on Monday, Dec. 9, to a Dallas Police Department representative confirmed to PEOPLE. Cristobal Flores Espino, 29, and Robert Rocha, 31, were identified as the deceased victims. The third victim is a woman whose identity has not been revealed.
