The pole dancer who performed at thelacklusterBridgertonballin Detroit that made national headlines is opening up about her experience.

“I was just thinking, When is this going to be over? I’m getting paid, so just do your job and get it over with," she recalled.

Tink said organizers reached out to her “the day of the event” and only confirmed her booking “about three hours before” she was supposed to be there.

“They said they were trying to switch up the vibe of the event, trying to make it more upbeat,” she said.

And when she wasn’t dancing, she said organizers “had me walk around and say, ‘Hello, I’m yourBridgertonfairy.’ "

“It was weird,” she added.

Tink left the event about an hour after she arrived and had no clue how the whole thing had been perceived until the next day.

“Our intention was to provide a magical evening, but we recognize that organizational challenges affected the enjoyment of some guests. We take full responsibility and accountability for these shortcomings.”

The owners of The Harmonie Club said in a separate statement that the venue is “in no way affiliated with the promoters and/or organizations that rent our venue for events such as theBridgertonBall.”
