Calonita and Eulberg have published 50 books between them, including Calonita’sSecrets of My Hollywood Lifeseries and Eulberg’s young adult novelsThe Lonely Hearts ClubandBetter Off Friends. TheTaylorsbooks allowed both authors to share their passion for the “Cruel Summer” singer.

“As a Swiftie and a mom, I understood the challenge of getting tickets to the Eras tour firsthand,” Calonita tells PEOPLE. “I’m hopingThe Taylorsis the ultimate wish fulfillment for any reader wanting to relive the best concert of their lives or feel like they were in the arena too if they couldn’t go.  What could be more fun than a series of books about four girls who come together because of a love of Taylor?”

Putting a new spin on a love story in the vein of Swift was another exciting part of the writing process, Eulberg says.
