Reese Witherspoon’s Boot-Friendly Jeans Are Like Styles We’ve Spotted on Nicole Kidman and Joanna Gaines

Pumpkin picking and leaf peeping are nice, butReese Witherspoonjust reminded us that wearing theperfect pair of jeansmight be the best part of fall.

When the founder ofHello Sunshinestepped on stage at the media company’s2024 Shine Awayevent in Los Angeles, she wore a pair of high-waisted dark blue jeans in a bootcut style that left just a hint of her black heels showing. The slight flaring at the bottom lets you wear them over chunky sneakers and boots, which has made them a fall wardrobe staple. In fact, she wore another pair with black Chelsea boots in a recent Instagram photo that showed her sitting on the floor and eating pizza.

They also let you keep wearing your favorite low-tops — asNicole Kidman recently showed— without leaving any ankle exposed to the chilly air.
