PEOPLE contacted Daphne Search and Rescue for additional information but did not immediately hear back.The Mobile Police Department is investigating the cruel abandonment of the two puppies. Anyone with information regarding the person or persons responsible is asked to contact the MPD at (251) 208-7211.
