Sarah Paulson Brings 'Magic' to the Catwalk as She Makes Runway Debut in Plunging Dress at Miu Miu Show in Paris

Sarah Paulsoncan now add another mark to her impressive résumé.
For her walk down the catwalk, Paulson wore a plunging black dress with long sleeves that exposed her white bra top.

In a video interview with the British biannual magazinei-D, Paulson described her look as “schoolgirl meetsMadonnameets magic.”
Getting to display that “magic” on the catwalk was something unforgettable for Paulson.
“It’s not a big deal you guys. It was totally fine. It’s a very relaxing experience. I wasn’t at all nervous. This is a joke,” said Paulson. “I’m obsessed with Mrs. Prada and I’m obsessed with the Miu Miu brand so it just was, like, the biggest honor of my life. So cool.”
On her Instagram Stories, Paulson shared a photo before the event where she teased “something so wild” was happening.
One person who Paulson takes her love of style from is her longtime partnerHolland Taylor, who she told PEOPLE in September “has a very beautiful way of doing a kind of monochromatic dressing.”
TheTony winnersaid Taylor, 82, is “a perfect example of: she knows what works on her, she sticks with it and she just always looks so great.”

She’s also adopted a more authentic and cohesive sense of style from Taylor after previously having a closet that had “different versions” of her.

“On one level that used to be what I felt was good for me about my closet, was that I could go in there and become anyone when I wanted to be,” said Paulson. “But now, I’m searching more for a little bit more simplicity and clarity, and so I have a lot of the same things.”
