A 15-year-old boy is charged with murder after authorities allege he fatally stabbed another teen at a high school in England.The suspect, whom authorities did not name because of his age, is accused of stabbing Harvey Willgoose, 15, at All Saints Catholic High School in South Yorkshire, according to the Crown Prosecution Service.Willgoose was stabbed on Monday, Feb. 3, prosecutors say.
