And here I am.“Their characters don’t actually overlap in the series — Roché plays Father Renaud, the priest and headmaster of a Native American girls' school, while Ford holds down his family’s Montana ranch as patriarch Jacob Dutton — but still: “It’s another dream fulfilled.“Helen Mirrenis the other all-star name Roché can now say he’s worked with, as she plays the wife of Ford’s cowboy, Cara Dutton.“Who doesn’t want to work with your idols?” theVampire Diariesalum says. “They are very present.“Ford also has “an amazing sense of humor.““When I went to do press, I always remember Harrison was getting his photo taken. The new season shows something really interesting in the character of Renaud,” he says. “I can’t really talk about it yet, but there is a real trajectory of the character that’s very, very interesting. Of course, he remains someone who’s inherently cruel and there is a sort of a climax towards the end.
