Lily was born on Thursday, Oct. 10 in New York City, weighing 6 lbs., 15 oz. She joins her 5-year-old big sister Rose, whom the couple says is excited to become an older sibling.

“We are so grateful for this new chapter in our lives,” Gold tells PEOPLE. “Lily has already brought so much joy to our family, and we can’t wait to see the bond between her and Rose grow.”

“Watching Rose become a big sister is one of the most heartwarming moments of our lives,” Luiza shares. “We feel incredibly blessed to have two amazing, healthy daughters and can’t wait to see the adventures they’ll have together.”

The couple, who tied the knot in 2020,welcomed their daughter Rose in 2019, sharing the exciting news onInstagram.

“Wow. Words cannot begin to express this feeling,” Gold said in a caption under a photo of Rose’s tiny feet, admitting that he and Luiza had been keeping the pregnancy “under wraps.”

“This morning, we welcomed our daughter Rose Gold into the world and I can’t stop staring at her beautiful little face (and feet)! It’s been so tough to keep such a big part of my life under wraps, and I want to thank everyone who respected our privacy along the way,” he wrote.
