Simone Biles Shares Cozy Picture from Bed with Husband Jonathan Owens: ‘Waking Up Next to You’

In a rare break from her Gold Over America Tour schedule and his Chicago Bears practices, Biles, 27, posted a snapshot of herself and Owens cuddling up in bed on her Instagram Stories with the caption, “Waking up next to you»»>.”

Biles, wearing a white oversized sweatshirt with long, flowing waves around her head, appeared to be smiling in the photo with her eyes closed, as Owens, 29, nuzzled her neck with his face away from the camera and the two held each other.

Earlier this month, the11-time Olympic gold medalistshared a series of photos alongside her husband, the Chicago Bears safety onInstagramon Oct. 2. She sweetly captioned the post: “struck gold with this one 🫶🏾.”

Meanwhile, she joinedOwens in Chicago the next dayfor her tour’s evening performance and the Bears' game against the Los Angeles Rams at Soldier Field.

After the couple met and started dating in March 2020, theygot marriedat a Houston courthouse in April 2023, celebrating with their loved ones at amuch bigger weddingin Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, weeks later.

In a January 2024 interview withVanity Fair, Biles opened up about the instant attraction she felt toward her husband when they first met.

“If I’m going to be honest, obviously he’s very fine,” she said. “[But] besides his looks, he was so sweet and kind, and I think what I liked about him was his confidence. He truly believes he’s the best at everything."

For Owens, what drew him to Biles right away was her laugh. In the same interview, he added, “We could talk all dayand we’d stayed up late, and there just wasn’t an awkward moment.”
