Her skills on the mat landed her on the podium but her glam competition looks have made the athlete a breakout Olympics beauty influencer. In Paris on Monday, August 5, the gymnast caught up with PEOPLE and spilled the details on her favorite lip products.

“I have been usingMake Up For Ever Anywhere Caffeine[lip liner] andMake Up Forever Wherever Walnut[lip liner],” she says. “I put the darker one around [my lips] and then put Wherever Walnut on the inside of my lips.”

“I’ve been trying to give myself grace for not being, I guess fully back to normal Suni,” she shared after the balance beam final. “But ever since I got sick, I feel like normal Suni is — she’s just a different girl now.”

“I’m more mature,” she added “I have a lot more fun.”
