Taylor Swift Goes Mad for Plaid Ahead of London Eras Tour Shows in $2,000+ Vivienne Westwood Suit

The Vivienne WestwoodCut Off Jacket($1,395) features a boxy, cropped silhouette and sleeves that cut off at the elbow. Swift paired the item with a white dress shirt (a $760 Vivienne Westwood design) with extra-long sleeves and a ruffle detail at the collar.

The “Cruel Summer” singer also wore theCut Off Skirt($960) with an asymmetric hemline that, per the designer’s website, highlights “Vivienne’s signature approach of reinterpreting traditional styles through bold and unconventional silhouettes.”

With the preppy-chic look, Swift worepistachio-hued platform Mary Jane heels from Sézanethat coordinated with the green stripes in the suit (and swiftly sold out). She added white crew socks and carriedVivienne Westwood’s tiny Tuesday handbag. Her dark blonde hair was styled into her signature curls while her bands were swept to once side.

The outing marks the singer’s first public appearance since her tour stops in Vienna were cancelled due to a terror threat. On Aug. 7, authorities confirmed that two men were arrested in connection to aplanned attackon the concerts, which were scheduled for Aug. 8 to 10.

A third suspect wasarrested the following day, according to reports from multiple outlets.

In anews conferenceon Aug. 8, Austrian authorities stated that one of the suspects they detainedadmitted that they intended “to carry out an attack"at the show “using explosives and knives,” per several outlets.

Swift’s Eras Tour is scheduled for a five-show run in London starting on Aug. 15. According to authorities, the alleged terror plot in Austriawill not affect the upcoming concerts.
