Teddy Swims Jokes He Wants to Name His First Baby After This Store — and Reveals the Sweet Reason Why

The singer, 32, appeared on an episode ofThe Kelly Clarkson Showand opened up about when he and his girlfriend Raiche Wright discovered their exciting pregnancy news. Swims, born Jaten Collin Dimsdale, noted that they were leaving Austin City Limits when they noticed something wasn’t entirely normal.

“She was complaining of things that we thought were period symptoms. And I was like, these have been going on for a while, maybe we should check this out,” Swims said of his girlfriend.

“And so we’re in our hotel the next day, I don’t remember where we’re off. And weirdly, as we’re driving through Austin, she’d never been to a Buc-ee’s before, which is my favorite place in the whole world. And so I was like, you gotta go. Half my wardrobe is Buc-ee’s,” he continued.

The musician shared that they stopped at the gas station shop, got adult onesies and then went to Chili’s to eat.

Wright leaned back on Swims, wearing a red and white gingham bikini and exposing her bare belly. Swims put his hands on her stomach, wearing a baseball cap and looking off into the distance. Wright also posed solo in the ocean, resting a hand on her belly. A third photo showed Swims giving his girlfriend a sweet kiss on the cheek.

The singer confirmed his romance with Wright in a July 2024 episode ofThe Kyle & Jackie O Show.
