An apparent hot mic moment caughtTexas Rep. Dan Crenshawsaying he’d killTucker Carlsonif they ever met.
The moment occurred after arecent interviewbetween Crenshaw, 40, and conservative British news channel GB News, during which they discussed Carlson’s criticism of aid to Ukraine.
“Tucker doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Tucker likes to visit Moscow and talk about how great the grocery stores are so I don’t really take his advice very seriously,” Crenshaw told GB News correspondent Steven Edginton.

While their microphones were being removed following the interview — as seen in asince-deleted clipthat hasresurfaced and gone viral on X— Edginton asked, “Have you ever met Tucker?”
“We’ve talked a lot on Twitter,” responds Crenshaw. “If I ever meet him, I’ll f—— kill him.”
After Edginton laughed as the two got off their seats and began walking out of the camera frame, Crenshaw added that Carlson is “the worst person.”
Edgintonshared the now-deleted clip on X, saying he “kept the receipts” of the exchange. Whilesharing another clip from the interview, he claimed that Crenshaw said, “No seriously, I would kill him.”

“Why don’t you come sit for an interview and we’ll see how you do? I’ll send you my address,@DanCrenshawTX,” Carlson wrote in response.
After the moment went viral,Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greenetagged Crenshaw in a post on Xasking, “Did you threaten to kill my friend,” to whichhe responded, “lol, no.”

When asked if it was a serious statement, a spokesperson for the Congressman toldThe Daily Caller, “No, of course not.”
