Timothée Chalametmay be known for his dramatic roles, but he has a comedic bone as well.

While presenting his filmA Complete Unknownat the2025 SAG Awardsalongside costarsEdward Norton, Monica Barbaro andElle Fanning, the actor stumbled over his words but had no issue with calling it out and laughing it off.

“AsDavid Lynchonce said aboutBob Dylan, he tapped into some kind of vein and he keeps on keeping on,” he started his speech before pausing.

After a moment of silence in which no one started speaking up after him, Chalamet, 29, realized it was still his turn to talk and laughed with the audience as he acknowledged that he “should have done a rehearsal” ahead of the moment.

“A Complete Unknowntraces that vein — should have done a rehearsal — that vein back to Greenwich Village, where the story of rock’s legendary poet begins,” he concluded.
