PEOPLE’s 2024Sexiest Man Alivereveal is almost here, so in honor of the highly-anticipated event, we’re looking back in the vault of past title holders to see which lucky recipients best align with you.

While there clearly hasn’t been a shortage of actors,onscreen doctorshave been another trend in recent years. In fact, the most recent person to wear the crown — PEOPLE’s 2024 Sexiest Man Alive Patrick Dempsey — became the 15th onscreen actor to hold the title.

Mesa says the reigning PEOPLE’s Sexiest Man Alive is a “handsome Capricorn with McDreamy (Libra moon) eyes” who would be “an ideal match” for a “hopeless-romantic Cancer.” She explains, “This Water sign longs for a partner who is reliable and grounded.”

For example, Mesa says this is ideally someone they can “build a cozy home with” and “also nurture after a long day at the office — or on set!”
