Whitney Cummingsis sharing the “saga” of covering her tattoos for a day of filming.
In aTikTokshared on Tuesday, Jan. 28, the actress and comedian, 42, is seen in the hair and makeup chair preparing for a day on set. She kicks off the clip with a sneak peek of the process, showing makeup being airbrushed onto a tattoo on her wrist.
“Last time I covered a tattoo for a show it was, like, a whole saga,” Cummings explains. “They are worried that the tattoo artist might sue them for copyright.”
“This time, we’re covering my arm tattoo because only a crazy person would tattoo a horse on their bicep,” she continues, panning the camera to her arm, where the ink has been covered up. “And I’m not playing a crazy person in this particular show.”
The star has been open about hertattoo journeyin the past.
During a 2021 episode of her podcastGood for You, Cummings invited mega-influencerHannah Stockingto tattoo the phrase “I ❤ J” on her foot in honor of her friendJennifer Aniston.
“There’s nothing I won’t do for a laugh. I’m fully getting an ‘I loveJennifer Aniston’ tattoo,” she joked in the clip. “This is so dumb, and I’m so into it…Jen’s gonna see this.”
