YouTuber Luke Goodwin has died at age 35.
On August 2, the British influencer — known for his YouTube channel,I Will Not Be Defeated— died following a battle with cancer, his wife Beckey revealed in avideotitled, “Little update on our warrior.”
“He was an amazing person, he showed me how to be strong even when you are going through the toughest times, he was just amazing, an amazing dad, son and husband,” she added. “It’s still rather raw at the minute, but you’ve got to keep your head strong. That’s what Luke would say.”

Goodwin dedicated his social media platform to organizing charity events and raising money and awareness for others who are dealing with the disease. He was also transparent about the ups and down in his own treatment journey.

In hisfinal poston July 18, the star shared that his condition was getting worse and he had been struggling for the past 13 days, titling the emotional video, “End of life. Feel like death is on me…”
“It’s really been f—ing hard… never felt anything like it,” Goodwin said at the time. “I’ve been out of breath, sick, phlegm, you name it. But I am on the mend, I will not be defeated.”
“RIP Luke… a battle fought amazing,” one person wrote while another added, “Heartfelt condolences to all the family. I’ve watched over the past couple of months. Luke’s determination in face of something so terrible has been completely admirable. Well done Luke, fly high.”
